Privacy policy

Last updated: January 12, 2026

At Finanvivo we handle your personal data with transparency and responsibility, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD). This document explains which data we collect, why we process it and how you can exercise your rights.

Data controller

Vivanalítica Servicios Digitales S.L. (Tax ID B-88452031), registered office at Calle de Alcalá 21, 4th floor, 28014 Madrid (Spain). You can contact us at any time by writing to privacidad@finanvivo.com.

Categories of data we process

When you use the contact form, we only process the data you provide: name, email address and the content of your message. We may also process limited technical data (language, device type, pages visited) when you have consented to analytical cookies.

Purpose of processing

We use your data to respond to your request, send you additional information about the analytical platform and maintain occasional communication while the informational relationship lasts. Technical analytical data is used in aggregated form to improve the browsing experience.

Legal basis

To respond to your request, the basis is the unequivocal consent you provide when submitting the form, together with the legitimate interest in attending to communications received. For analytical and advertising cookies, the basis is your express consent, which we manage through Google Consent Mode v2.

Retention periods

We retain the form data for as long as the informational relationship lasts and, afterwards, for a maximum of 24 months to comply with possible legal obligations. Anonymised technical records are retained for up to 14 months.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. We use service providers within the European Union who act as data processors (hosting, email and analytics) and comply with the requirements of the GDPR. If at any time international transfers were to take place, we would apply appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to privacidad@finanvivo.com. You may also withdraw your consent at any time and file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider that your rights have not been respected.

Security measures

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or alteration. Our infrastructure is hosted in data centres holding ISO 27001 and Spanish ENS certifications.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when relevant regulatory changes take place or when services are modified. The current version will always be available on this same page, indicating the date of the last revision.
